The rooms were great, especially because the heating actually worked! 🌡️ The hotel's location was convenient, just a short stroll away from a park right across the street.

Had a great time in town, stayed at this spot but it was so quiet considering it's in the middle of everything. Our rooms were really nice, loved the heating system that actually worked and had a dresser to use. The staff here were awesome, super friendly and helpful 😊.

The hotel's location is very convenient, with several restaurants and stores nearby. It is located close to Brownwood, Howard Payne University, and other amenities. I enjoyed visiting Studebaker's Cafe & Grill for some pastries, which is just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Got a great deal for the night. The location felt safe, and the staff were super friendly 😊 Worried I might not sleep well, but the room was cozy and the bed was amazingly comfortable.

The staff were very nice and made my stay a fine experience. My bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was good with a working heating system.

I was very nice - I travel to Brownwood couple times a week. Was staying at other pricier hotel in area - saw bugs crawling from sink few times. The room at this facility has beautiful courtyard & amazing staff & no bugs crawling from the drains / on walls etc. it's not the newest or fanciest place but it is by far my place of choice!!

Washer & dryers are broken & if your looking for breakfast the $ saved you can go across street to diner & have a great full breakfast!!

Rooms are very outdated. Very poor quality and worn furnishings.

The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas left much to be desired, with dusty furniture and moldy shower curtains reported by guests.

It was right in the begining of town.

I was giving a room with people already staying there also the pool was not clean.. My bed was not in good shape..

Nothing at all and I highly recommend to not stay at the Budget Inn located in Early/Brownwood Tx.

The service was very poor at the desk,The room was dark and very dirty also this facility has a roach infestation,$62 a night is way to much for these kind of conditions. I would expect more.

The location of this hotel is great, with a convenient restaurant on-site. The value for the price is good, and we have stayed here multiple times before.

Nothing to like. Run-down exterior, ongoing renovations with old mattresses stored in vacant rooms, broken windows, and overall a disappointing appearance upon arrival.
